工作安全分析（JSA） JOB SAFETY ANALYSIS (JSA) 基本工作步骤 Sequence of Basic Steps 潜在危险或可能发生的事故 Potential Accidents or Hazards 消除/降低危险的建议 Recommendation to Eliminate/Reduce Hazards 1. 培训安全意识 Induction of Safety Awareness 不清楚工作内容或作业现场潜在危险 Unclear about the work content or the potential hazards on the work site 讲清楚工作范围并做好安全技术交底 Specify the work scope and tell the workers the technique and safety details. 2. 作业现场布置 Layout of the work site 手动工具、挖掘机等造成的机械伤害 Injuries from machinery such as hand tools and excavator etc 在施工区域设置警示标志，安排2个保安指挥交通，穿戴好安全帽、安全眼镜、工作服、棉手套、安全鞋、耳塞和反光背心 Install warning signs on the work site; arrange 2 security guards to carry out traffic control; every worker must wear PPE (Hard Hat, Safety Glasses, Work Suit, Safety Gloves, Ear Plug and HI-Vis). 3、挖掘基础作业 Excavation work 挖掘机臂杆碰触电线、对作业人员造成碰伤、轧伤，移动的挖斗内弃土坠物伤人 The arm of the excavator touching the power line, hurting workers, or injuries from the falling objects of the moving claw of the excavator 挖掘机必须按照指挥长指令操作，交通指挥员须配备对讲机与操作手时刻保持联系并对过往行人按照《交通管制办法》进行有效控制；在挖掘机停止作业并让出安全通道时，组织过往行人通过，对老人、小孩、孕妇采取护送方式 The excavator operator must obey the instruction of the director to operate the excavator; the security guards must be prepared radio to communicate with the machine operator at any time and carry out the traffic control effectively; organize the old, kid and pregnant passing the work area when the excavator stop working. 4、搬运材料进场 Mobilization of the materials 跌倒∕绊倒∕滑倒，碰伤∕撞击伤∕压伤∕扭伤，机械伤害 Slip, trip, falls, scrapes, hit, bruise, wrench, machinery injury 作业人员必须穿戴好安全帽、安全眼镜、棉质防滑手套、防砸鞋、工作服、耳塞，进入现场保持安全距离，材料轻放不得乱堆，不得将水管、气管压到、轧坏，监护人员应仔细检查施工区域的材料堆放是否符合要求 All the workers must wear PPE (Hard Hat, Safety Glasses, safety Boots, Work Suit, Safety Gloves, Ear Plug) correctly; keep safety distance in the work area; keep good housekeeping for the materials, especially for the water pipe and air pipe which easily be broken; the spotters must check if the materials are stored correctly.
